Note 1: Evergreen runs "programs," as opposed to courses. Typically a student takes a single program per quarter, worth about 16 credits, that has 10 - 15 hours per week of class time (plus office hours, field trips, etc.) Hence the material that is covered in each program listed here might be 3 or 4 times what one could cover in a ten week course. One would need select a part of these programs to fashion into a course.
Note 2: Programs at Evergreen, even if taught by only one faculty, are expected to be interdisciplinary. The syllabi all go well beyond economics, even radical economics.
Note 3: Syllabi listed as "PDF format" need Acrobat Reader or some similar program that can read pdf format.
