You are encouraged to register in advance for this Conference, so that we can better plan the day.  People who have registered in advance will be given a name-tag printed with their names and, if they so choose, their affiliation.  You may also register on-site, but this will be a slower process.

(One goal of the conference is to encourage communication between those active in our communities, and this is one possible way to do so.)

The conference is open to all interested people and no money is required to participate.  All conference registrants are welcome (at no cost) to share a simple lunch (pasta and salad) and to join in an informal discussion at the end of conference during a cocktail hour.  We encourage those who are able to contribute to the cost of the conference  to make a contribution of $25 per person.  Additional contributions would be gratefully received.
